Shipping and Returns




You will receive an email confirmation after your order has been successfully placed.  Shipping orders can take up to 72 hours to process. Once in transit, shipping will take 4-7 business days via USPS priority.


Fungirl Skincare currently ships to the United States & CA only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping rates are subject to change and are available to view during the checkout process. 

Complimentary shipping (free) to the continental US is available on orders over $75.


The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes Fungirl Skincare to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Fungirl Skincare may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor. The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.



United States:

Priority USPS shipping is complimentary for orders above $75 in the continental US. Orders below $75 will be charged a rate that is disclosed in the checkout process.


At this time, ground shipping is the only available option.  As stated above, Fungirl requires up to 72 hours to process your order before it is shipped.



We want you to love your Fungirl Skincare purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return within 30 days for credit. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We only accept returns from products purchased on


  1. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  2. Please email to request a refund and have an RMA number assigned to you. Please write this number on the receipt or proof of purchase; without this we cannot accept your return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Once your returned items are received and meet the standards listed in our refund policy, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days. Please email us at with any questions pertaining to your refund.
